What Is It? 🤔

The White Label feature in Trackdesk allows you to fully customize the platform’s appearance with your own branding. From login screens to the dashboard, you can replace Trackdesk's logos with your company’s visuals — delivering a seamless, professional experience for your affiliates.

Available on the Business plan and above, White Label ensures that your affiliate program looks and feels like a fully integrated part of your business.

📝 White-labeling is automatically enabled for eligible plans — Trackdesk branding is hidden by default. A toggle for this will be available in Settings in a future update.

How To Set It Up? ⚙️

1. Go to Settings → Branding
Access the customization options in your Trackdesk admin dashboard.

2. Upload your logos
Add separate logos for light/dark modes and the loader.

3. Hide Trackdesk branding
Eligible plans will have this applied automatically. A manual toggle is coming soon.

4. Disable Trackdesk promos
Navigate to Settings → Dashboard and Reports and switch off the “Trackdesk promos” toggle to remove promotional messages.

5. Save and preview changes
Review your updates and see how your brand comes to life across the platform.
